Vivo is a full service advertising agency based in the Philadelphia area with a wealth of experience in the complex medical and technological fields. PR Firm Network Affiliation:
BlissPR is one of the most active members of Worldcom, the largest global network of privately owned PR firms. John Bliss served as the chair of the Americas region of Worldcom in 2007. We work in partnership with these firms when our clients require expanded geographic “feet on the street” or specialized service capabilities.
The Worldcom Public Relations Group is the leading network of independently owned public relations firms with 112 offices in 93 cities in 42 countries on six continents. Worldcom firms employ more than 2,000 employees and had 2007 revenue of $227 million, up from $189 million in 2006. Professional Affiliation:
In 1998, dozens of leading PR firms banded together to found the Council of PR Firms, the first national association to represent the interests of public relations firms. BlissPR is one of the founding members of the Council.
The mission of the Council is to advance the business of public relations firms by building the market and firms’ value as strategic business partners; it now counts more than 100 U.S. firms as members.
Abby Gouverneur Carr has been active on the Council’s Board of Directors, and is co-chair of the Council’s Agency Management Committee, which fosters and promotes best practices and standards in the profession.
